East Palestine Community Development

The East Palestine Community Development, Inc. (EPCD, Inc.) emerged in the early part of the year 2002 through Pastor Roy G. Duncan branching from a revitalization ministry started through the church in 1999 for the enhancement of the “Old Town” Community.

This ministry was initially designed to revitalize the community by restoring old homes for affordable dwellings for low income families and the clearing of overgrown lots. As the need for a more comprehensive community revitalization emerged, EPCD, Inc. (now with non-profit and 501(c)3) now includes services of utility assistance, emergency food and shelter, HomeBuyer Education, building of affordable homes and affordable rental properties.
